In renting with us, you are accepting of all of the below terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions agreement
By renting any garment from All Dressed Up NZ, you agree and consent to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to alter/add to our terms and conditions as we see fit. The renter is responsible for ensuring they are aware of the current terms and conditions when renting. Prices and deals are subject to change at any time.
All Dressed Up NZ is always the legal owner of all garments.
The rented garment must only be worn by the renter unless explicit approval has been granted for other arrangements.
Rentals are not confirmed until payment has been received in full. Holds are not offered.
All Dressed Up NZ has the right to refuse service to anyone at any point without explanation.
All photos of yourself in the garment that are posted to social media can be reposted unless requested otherwise.  
 
Damage
If the garment is returned in a damaged condition, you as the renter are liable to pay for the associated dry cleaning or repair costs. Damage includes (but is not limited to) stains, rips, burn holes, breaks and discolouration. If a garment arrives damaged, please send timestamped photos to All Dressed Up before your event date. Any images of damage submitted after the rental date will be the renter's responsibility and you will be liable for costs associated.
If the required repairs or damage affect any future rentals for this garment, you will be required to cover the cost of these as well.
If the garment is lost/stolen or the damage is beyond repair, you are liable to pay for the full RRP of the garment or a replacement fee All Dressed Up NZ deems as appropriate.
Replacement fee payments must be made within 30 days of your rental date.

Under no circumstances will you be able to keep the garment.
Garment Protection is only basic and will not over damage beyond repair. By renting you agree to this condition.
Please be extremely careful when wearing our rentals and treat them as you would treat your own. If possible, please avoid smoking areas as well freshly applied tan as these instances can damage the garment. Please do not wash the garment yourself or organise dry cleaning. 

Wear and Tear Charges
On garments with a wear and tear charge, there will be a mandatory fee applied when the garment shows tears, pulls, pills, rips, or stains. The health and condition of the garment will be documented and noted before and after each rental and you will be contacted if you will need to pay this fee due to any sign of damage. This is non-negotiable as it effects the life and health of the garment. 
 
Pick up/drop off rentals
Local rentals must be dropped back the day after your event before 5pm.
If this is not possible, please contact us via email or Instagram to organise an alternative option.
If you do not follow the correct return instructions and the dress is stolen, you are liable to pay for the full RRP of the garment or a replacement fee All Dressed Up NZ deems as appropriate.
If you fail to return the rental as instructed above, a late fee will be issued daily.
 
Late fees
If your rental is not returned within the timeframe declared above (via post or drop off), you will be charged a late fee of $10 per day. The fee will be issued daily until the correct action is taken.
If the dress is not returned within 4 days or another customer misses out on their rental due to the dress being returned late, you are liable to pay the rental price on top of the associated late fee charges.
If the dress is not returned within 10 days, you are liable to pay the full RRP of the garment or a replacement fee All Dressed Up NZ deems as appropriate. The dress must still be returned in either instance.
Along with late garment returns, late fees can apply to payments also. If you fail to make a payment on time there will be a $10 charge per day the payment is not made. 
In the case that you do not return your garment on time, therefore resulting in the cancellation or delay of the following customers booking, you will be required to cover any costs that come alongside refunding the customer. This rule applies even for 1 - 2 day delays. 
 
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in a case with the small claims court. We ask that you do respect these terms and conditions for the safety of yourself and All Dressed Up NZ.
