You will not receive a refund or store credit if your dress does not fit as desired. Please refer to size guides and recommended sizes to avoid this situation.

You will not receive a refund if your posted rental does not arrive in time for your event, but store credit may be applicable (please refer to the above information for more details) but shipping fees are non-refundable if a garment has already been sent by post.
If you change your mind about a booking or your event is cancelled, store credit will be offered (your cancellation must occur 7 days prior to your event). If the garment has already been posted, you will not receive a refund or store credit.
Refunds will be given if the garment arrives damaged (this damage does not include the damage disclosed by All Dressed Up NZ). Photo evidence must be emailed to us within 4 hours of your receiving the garment. The garment must be returned at the appropriate time and unworn before this refund is issued.
In the case a garment is damaged by another customer prior to your rental, you will be offered a full store credit to then chose another dress for your event.Â
If you have received your garment and you do not think it in appropriate condition for wear e.g damaged or dirty please notify us before your event date has passed otherwise a refund will not be considered.
In the case that your parcel is delayed or does not arrive in time due to public holidays or post office hours, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Orders made with a discount code of any type are non-refundable.
Orders placed after 1 PM on Tuesday (for Friday events) or Wednesday (for Saturday events) are considered late orders. We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in time for your weekend event. By placing a late order, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued if your garment does not arrive in time.
Refunds will not be issues for accidental bookings. Garments that are booked in the wrong size, location or date cannot be refunded but can be adjusted where we can to better suit the customer.
When ordering please ensure you are aware that All Dressed Up NZ is Auckland based. There will be no refunds available for those who have made an accidental booking regarding this. Orders placed for pick up but intended for shipping will also not be refunded but shipping can be added at a cost if need be.Â
If garment protections are purchased after the rental garment is collected or received and the item is returned damaged - the renter will be liable to cover all repair costs or replacement the garment if it is beyond the point of repair.Â
Please allow 12 hours for your order to be processed. Garments are only able to be shipped on business days so orders placed on a Friday may not be able to get sent until the following Monday. In this instance refunds will not be offered but a store credit will be available.Â
COVID-19 information
Any rentals that are affected by COVID-19 will be given full store credit or a date change. This store credit does not expire and can be used on any rental at any point in time. Refunds will not be given. We must be notified prior to posting the garment/pick up in order to receive compensation. Please get in contact if you have any other questions regarding this.
